Chances are you'll find yourself laid off within a year, maybe two. The company is getting rid of older employees and they have no issues with hiring a bunch of youngsters they can get rid of in the next major round to balance the numbers. They can't be accused of age discrimination if the average layoff age is 35. Never mind that the majority of those who are cut are significantly below and above that average. Numbers gaming at its best.

"I find the 4 star and 5 star reviews"... that comment is very accurate. My wife had the highest EPR's I ever saw at the gac.(>4) They still canned her. Meritocracy is an afterthought there.
Jobs ask for references when you apply for a job. I will start asking for references of their happiest employees.
wtf is wrong with you
I find the 4 star and 5 star reviews on Glassdoor interesting. Several years ago the managers told us that nobody was a 5 star for the EPR. If you rated yourself 4 you were supposed to write some story.
Lol. I had to attend a meeting because HR wanted to know who posted a negative review on Glassdoor. Keep it up. It’s driving them nuts
Don't post it here. Post it on Glassdoor etc., where management is working hard to keep the ratings up.
Many a person with a promising future have their career die on the vine there. Don't let happen to you.
Finally got out this week. Hard to do your work when management is ignorant, incompenent, co--y, and/or spineless.
I won. I took a job at Gulfstream along with the really nice relo package without actually relocating, knowing the company’s history of laying people off after just a few years. I found a cheap place to stay and commuted, while my family stayed in our home town where we had decent schools unlike the Savannah shitzhole. When I got the inevitable layoff, I pocketed them severance and retired. Be smart. Gulfstream is 100% predictable. Use them to your advantage
The biggest regret of my life is accepting a position at Gulfstream. By far the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. The 2nd biggest was sticking around because it was the easy thing to do. It took 10 years for management to mentally break me to the point that I just couldn’t take anymore and finally gave up hope things would get better. When I left I would have rather been penniless and homeless than walk in that door one more time.
