Ive spoken to my mate glwn. He said its bu-----t . So stop lieing there could be a shift change . Say 3 shifts but not 4on 4off. So u talk cr-p . Have fun lier lier.

I have personally spoke to the managers and they say its not even been spoken about. I believe that certain areas may need a shift change but not 4 on 4 off.

Some want to work. Some don't. Either way it is the Managers that need to step up first. I look at them for direction. In the meantime I do what I want as they can't be bothered on a lot more money than me.

This true. They will start with bonding theres 6 lads in there. 2 on each shift then mtm will go too 3 shifts. And there is talk off paint going on 3 shifts as well. Some people are not happy that they allow . One of them too do 10 6 and be paid shift allowance watch this space.
Been told today all rubber shop. Going on 3 shifts . This person has said it twice now to is all. Works in office there is alot off work coming in. So they need to change the shift patterns very soon .

The sales guys are on cushy numbers here. At least one of them was set to retire until COVID happened and now he feels like he won the lottery. Decided to say on longer as working from home, doing very little, does not answer the phone if it’s someone he doesn’t want to talk to and knows it will just go to someone else, all this whilst getting paid 40K+ per year! Can’t blame him though if he’s allowed to get away with it, weak management again.
Why are certain people allowed the carry over up to 5 days holiday, some 8 days and others 0. And why can those working from home do whatever they want?
Just been told. That a manager came in sunday wearing a pair off shorts . And his lads never had ppe on or work boots whi is running this place it needs sorting .plus they are on double time . What a joke sack all management start a freash .

NOV and the so called Leadership team in Manchester actually do a good job of selling the dream to new employees, it’s just that they cannot deliver on those dreams. Once people recognise that they leave and if they’re any good, generally end up better off with another company

There is alot off people going on 3 shifts next year ie .mtm bonding . Tu yung painting . Machine shop. Im hearing with have loads off work . And this is the only way to get it out . Trust me santas coming
Who allows that lazy fat scouser. In chemineer to come in on double time . And sit down and be on his phone all day while im making stuff and earning my double time. The gafthers are clueless . Some people here take the pi-s and hes one off them . Shocking nov sort it out.
Office staff offered a turkey but no option of ham. And an early Christmas finish. Its a thank you for working from home and using their own internet for the past 2 years. Fair enough I suppose.

Greengate will not be closing. Just been told all rubber shop going on 3 shifts . After xmas they are taking 2 men from bonding to make 3x4men teams they cant cope with the work . So this is how they are doing it . 2 names gaz and lee. Watch this space
