Everybody that's supposed to be getting their 20-year watch is getting an email saying no more rolexes where it is they're shutting down quite a few projects this quarter that sounds like layoffs right before Christmas just the way they like to do it
They are not worthy of your service! They do not care about their employees, especially the ones that are aging!
After years of layoffs, stagnant career progression, no raises, and continuing benefit cuts, most people no longer want to stay.
Who will join SLB ???
SLB always lay staff off every year. Maybe not a mass cull, but always a few here and there. Especially if you are getting old. It's part of the business model.
No Layoffs in 2022. They are actually trying to hire people but they are having a hard time because SLB’s reputation has been tarnished by the countless rounds of layoffs.
