And even worse company culture. I admire people who can continue to work here. They can take more than I can. I give up.

Seems like even with high oil prices things aren't any better. Getting laid off in February was one of the greatest things that ever happened to me. I've never looked back (except here or Glassdoor on occasion, haha). At least now ya'll have options, with oil at $80. Don't be afraid to take the leap!
A company that does not respect its workforce, will always be just a stepping stone and a place to temporarily work for companies that do!
I sometimes wonder how I even managed to last this long.
