Managers at my store are dressing sloppy, jeans, sweat pants, yet addicted told we cannot wear denim or leggings. What is the dress code for managers vs associates?

Don’t worry about Belk Dress Code! Worry that should we change Belk slogan from Modern, Southern Style to Modern, Southern “Trashy” Style. We sell clothes not only to “elite” customers at Belk but to all unprofessional, skintight clothes customers. It is all about making money at Belk anyway.

When managers wear lowcut shirts, skintight clothes, thongs, and customers think associates are managers because they dress professional, there's your sign.
