Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Culture Change!

"Finally, it was well known that the entire industry has a massive diversity and inclusion problem, and Pat Gelsinger wants Intel to lead, not lag on related efforts, making fixing this Intel priority."

I think with the vaxx mandate Pat is rather trying to get rid of all the white trash cloggin' Intel's pores, because that is certainly the way to go.

Well is Pat going to fire all the Indians? Because that's the only way to fix the culture.

A company like Intel is a huge supertanker when it comes to changing.

A devious little head fake like building fabs or talking about national security onshore can’t really change what is going on.

The rotted culture in Silicon RD and lack of customer service or innovative thinking in manufacturing will take years to change and would require lots of work. It is like saying Pat can make ultra right Trump lovers or Bernie socialist more rational moderates and why Intels fate is FUBAR.

Those inside know why spending and a fake roadmap won’t change the trajectory of the Titanic as it has already hit the iceberg and it’s sinking is a certainty

The bigger raises might stop the churn..... not!

Pat might have had a chance to change the culture if he had become CEO at least 8 years ago, after PSO stepped down, and when he still was in touch with the company. Now it's too late as the Big Klown fcked up the company for 5 years and BS did nothing about it for 3 more years.

Haha is Pat going to change the culture? Right now Intel is run like a regional corruptocrat bureaucracy in Karnataka.

Rob Enderle creams himself over PG repeatedly. Google "Enderle Intel" sometime.

Intel's problem is the lack of high quality engineering talent which is is 99% Indian men. The article attempts to gaslight you into thinking Intel's real issue are all the attractive young women sleeping with their managers. Got it.

Intel is milking subcontractors and they are very smart engineers. VERY DISRESPECTFUL and not treating anyone human. HARd to work with as well.

Anyone has got any data on diversity and inclusion among Pat's concrete truck drivers?

Nice try HR. The extreme focus on diversity and inclusion, and nothing else, is precisely one of the main reasons why the culture, morale, and trust at Intel is so broken.
