I think they are.
In every sense they are getting ahead of this company and now I regret that I have moved here from one such company that's going forward, while Allstate is going backwards.
Of course, it's not ideal there either, far from it, but it's sad that Allstate is no longer paying attention to the fact that the competition has a better vision and clearer goals.
Allstate is very diverse. You have a range of people that hate their jobs but continue to do them everyday to people who are ready to jump out a window to get away from this evil company.
I love the folks who attacked diversity efforts. Its like they want to live in the 1950s. I was there folks. It wasn't all that if you weren't eligible for the cast of Dragnet.
