At the end of November, it has been a long established tradition at Oracle to lay people off as we start the second half of the fiscal year. What are the odds that it will happy again this year?
Have a happy season of giving!

Axe-Man said no major layoffs. Just a bit here and there, mostly legacy groups. Feom what I’ve seen that has been accurate. No 15% bottom of stack rank layoffs etc.
The holidays have come and gone!
By December 6, how many will be gone?
We will soon find out!
Will people be let go the day after Thanksgiving?
Of the people I know who actually are normal, they do the bare minimum and clock out. You have this group of people that are like “do outside projects to keep you engaged”. They’re literally people who would be happy coloring a piece of paper black all day to just say they did something. Low level apes. Oracle is an afterthought.
They no longer need to do lay off. People are leaving in drove these days.
When it's time and then it's time....
Looking forward to end-of-year right sizing.
