Once upon a time, in a good employer realm, one had to pick others - peers, customers, other mgmt folks for reviews that were applied to one's annual review (at one time called 360s, perhaps I am showing my longevity). As of yesterday, 11/9/2021, I could not add different folks. Draw your own conclusions. Good luck to all

If the people you're trying to "add" are consultants (not Anthem employees), you can't add them. Drove me nuts because I worked with a lot of IT resources and most (now) are contractors. Since they are the ones I worked with closely, I really would have valued their input.
I was able to add some that were new, but others weren't there and a couple had incorrect e-mail addresses. Great system...
Try again - maybe a glitch. I was able to add several new peer reviewers yesterday, and have received a few requests to review others.
