Thread regarding Belk layoffs

It was worth it

All that effort I put in, all that stress, dealing with a very difficult boss, the amount of work that one person should never do,,,,, it all paid off in the end.

When I first came here I wanted to leave immediately, but I was patient for almost 2 years and now I finally got an offer, not a little better but much better.

The bottom line, for those who have no other option for now, is not to do the bare minimum of sloppy work as some advise, but to focus all their energy on learning as many new things as possible while they are here and gaining as much experience as possible.
