GEHC is very good at laying people off. It is what they do best.

Culpable has used Covid in the past and now the split/breakup.

This (split-up of the GE conglomerate Company) should have happened many years ago!

Will they lighten the for management? From LPI to Program managers to more senior CTO types? If projects are not happening as there are no resources (there is always a fight for resources, it’s the GE way) why do we have so much management? Surely these management colleagues are so valuable that they would be quite the recruit at other area Companies. (Note the sarcasm). What am I missing?

Heard a rumor about another 10% cut coming this week. GE does not want more people on the payroll as the split is coming and the annual benefits enrollment. Good job GE, keep laying off more employees. Jeeesh!

After the split GEHC get acquired. Yes, you heard that right!

So sad, so so many projects and innovations not happening as they cut too much skilled staff. Lots of colleagues left who are skating/floating waiting for retirement.

Good job Kieran Murphy.

(Kieran Murphy made $13,080,452 in total compensation as Senior Vice President; President and Chief Executive Officer, GE Healthcare at General Electric Co in 2020.)

Breakup was in the works before covid. You notice LC is saying he hates do the split just as he said about layoffs, selling selling off several divisions and cutting wages and pensions. When will we learn he doesn't care as long he and his board cronies get there money. GE is done as a large US company. In a few years it will be unrecognizable. Good lick all.
