Law & Reg 10wk training?

What is the point of this training that no one could provide context for or explain why they’re asking us to do it? Thank you, anonymous stranger, for asking whether or not they considered workloads and court reopenings when they assigned this—clearly they did not or they don’t care.

It's actually called "bootcamp" not just training, and yes I too question the wisdom of launching this program just as we're coming up on the holidays and sprinting to close out other projects and work by end of year. And they're being real cagey about saying whether this is required or not. And did they really need to tell us after each f-ing course to "take the survey" like we're children?

All these courses are related to abstract corporate word-salad concepts that have no bearing on the real world. There are so many fundamental problems with this company and the Law Department, but it's easier to assign people courses on "diversity" and "dealing with change" than it is to actually, you know, tackle any of the real problems we're all dealing with each day.

Nonsense, irrelevant and adult ramblings.

You certainly shouldn't get any training on something other than making a complete sentence and thought.
