Anyone hear of a new concept store called CVS Dot store? Is this a thing or just more fake news?

Always said CVS is like a spoiled rich kid that doesn't know what to do or buy next with their boredom. First THH then it's offspring. Then "Y mas" which was supposed to create and maintain a connection with the community. Afterwards cutting hours...well there goes the connection. Customers connect with human beings not machines or products. Month 1 "oh let's buy 50k units of this product it'll sell!" Then Month 2 "didn't sell let's buy 100k units of this it'll sell!" Month 3 "let's sell them Carepass that'll make us money!" Go back to common sense logic. Covid hit and EVERYONE was doing curbside...except CVS. They had the tech that was ki---d a year or two before but failed to recognize the trend. Yes TREND! A word and meaning that they shove down management's throat. They expect it from the store level but not higher? Glad I left the sh*t show after damn near 2 decades. Wish you all well in 2022.
CVS dot stores are coming. Going to be run by ops manager working under one front store DL per district in smaller markets. Pharmacies to be managed by pharmacy DL now. Non licensed DL to be demoted to front store DL only. CVS is looking to end retail involvement within 5 years if possible. Focusing on being Health Clinics etc. Front store DL will do all hiring etc for entire District. Ops managers to do all HR etc. Present store managers in small markets will be demoted to ops managers and hourly. Every person in store will be required to train in pharmacy to help with tech shortage. Will be a uniform process. Coming very soon.
Cvs Dot stores are the new concept store that will be run with no employees. There will be a large red dot next to self checkouts. That dot will inform customers to sign up for carepasses, stock coolers, do BOH, work truck, check date codes, then when they are finished they can ring themselves out.
