Name a time or company that hasn't looked at employees as "replaceable". It's always been the case. To those that think BAC should do anything "primarily for the benefit of employees", trust me, they have. Your work environment today is far superior to what has happened in the past.
Gone are the days of a pension or retirement that would give you a living wage post retirement.
