Can people share communicated raises? Heard they are out. I'm with EMRE and still waiting....

On reflection: raises made possible after sacking so many with close to nothing...?

Heard from various managers (including execs) that we will be happy with our raises. But I’m going to need like 15% to be happy…

@1hod 2020 is taken into account in terms of whether or not you are eligible for a promotion (need continued years of good ranking) but it is not part of the merit based compensation increases. So if you were outstanding and then excellent, your outstanding will have no effect on the merit based aspect of your raise (only look at most recent year), but it will allow you to be eligible for a promotion and have an effect on the % of raised tied to a CL change.
At least that’s how it was explained to me.

Depends on your rank group, many are likely to get 0%…. Remember this when management says the rankings don’t matter..

I think everyone will be sorely disappointed. Some news stories have reported 2%. Promotions for a few might get you to 8%.

2020 not taken into account, but not pointless either... they did manage to get rid of thousands of people, either directly through PIL/ failed PIP, or indirectly through creating disgust and losing employees trust. the 2020 ranking cycle was watershed and probably the most significant in recent EM history

Is 2020's ranking taken into account for the raise and CL promotion in Jan 22, or was it all a pointless exercise wasting thousands of valuable manhours?

I still think we will lose many people in 2022 regardless of pay rises. Management can however do something about pay so if the average raises are poor this tells us we are not just fodder but we are indeed surplus to requirements. Of course we already kind of know the question is whether or not the mo--ns in management feel they need to hang on to a few good people to bridge the workload gaps that will appear.

It will be communicated sometime in December. I saw a slide that my SDM was sharing.

Supervisor here. Haven’t been told anything but expect to know early December as all raises will go into effect Jan 1st. HR decided CL bumps and raises based in ranking outcome and YEE.

I have been unofficially told by my L3, although my supervisor doesn’t know it yet. Many CL bumps got denied. I got mine, and overall my bump is 15%. EMIT CL24 now.

The individual said they’ve been allowed to communicate it to individuals that they believe are actively searching for a better job, although that applies to practically half of EMIT. I guess should I not leave, it’s good to know that actively searching for a job didn’t hurt my ranking, which I absolutely believed that it would.
