It makes me so mad to see all the openings and know there are so many people who were laid off who are still looking for work and who are being ignored for those positions. I can't understand why it's better to bring in new people with no experience over those who've been here for years and in some cases decades and have the invaluable know-how that comes with so many years with the same company.

Why would you want to come back to this hellhole after being laid off for bu-----t reasons. Fu-k this company and anyone that claimed they cared about employees
I certainly do not want to come back after the way we were let go! They do not deserve us! But I understand what you are saying. They just want to hire people for the same jobs but at half the pay.

Centene knows what they are doing , id--ts running the show and id--ts staying to run the shiiitttt show is exactly what they want, they don’t want anyone to do the job right, if they did it will cost them MONEY! It doesn’t matter if you where there 1 year or 20 they don’t care you don’t matter, we don’t matter all that matters is their stock and their money!!!!!
The incompetent management in my old department that let go of good folks and kept their mo--nic friends, quit shortly afterwards before they were canned for not knowing how to do anything. Now they have an incompetent layer that replaced them from one of the acquisitions Centene made in the last couple of years who know nothing about legacy products. The department is destroyed. Not enough $$$ in the world to entice most of us back to that train wreck.
At least your division is hiring….we arent.
