I am still waiting on my religious exemption. I am just curious…has anyone been denied?

The overreach to look at employee medical records is insane. Are we not doing HIPAA anymore? How is this legal? They say let me verify on your medical records and you provide them, so I guess you gave consent. So F’d up!

CMS mandate is posted online. If you read it you can see how it may apply to you. Federal law supersedes State businesses fall under OSHA Those with CMS contracts employees may fall under either one. Dont rely on this site for your info read it yourself. This site is really to give you a heads up on layoffs not health related information

Circuit Court of Appeals wrote that the administration's COVID-19 vaccine and testing mandate was "fatally flawed" and ordered that OSHA not enforce the requirement "pending adequate judicial review" of a motion for a permanent injunction. Next, let's see what happens with the CMS vaccine mandate lawsuits

I was denied the religious exemption. I don’t take medication. Zero reason with the reply all about a variant and need to get shot or bye-bye. I have an immune system that seems to be working just fine and not about to compromise it with an experimental dr-g. So tomorrow is my last day before the 30-day probation bleed out. How is this even legal?

Just got my response today, its the same as the one mentioned in the other comments where basically it is approved while it is convenient to them. Though I am still waiting for someone to actually contact me and tell me the details since Monday is supposed to be the day we were getting kicked out. I do know for a fact they have been calling all the workers that aren't going through this asking them to pick up the extra work for no compensation and some are saying no, so that's why they are having issues.

I know someone that apparently got it accepted but the accommodations denied. Works remote. Was told they might go in for meetings in the future but they don’t see patients face to face or go into an office.
