I'm already worried about RTO. The reason is not only that I would spend more money and time that way, but also because of the atmosphere. When I think of the atmosphere in the office again, not only do I not feel like going back there, but I have already started looking for a job working remotely somewhere else. It's not easy to find, at least not in my case, but I hope to succeed before it's time to go back to the office.

There are A LOT of remote positions being posted on Centene. I was told our office there isn't enough desks to accommodate every employee so how are they forcing everyone to come back? Make it make sense.
Post ID: @3gdn+1dID9gY8 if you gave two weeks notice, even if they have you logoff that day, they will pay you for that time on a regular payday. They do not cut a check on a separate day. You need to call HR or payroll and discuss.
I already found another job. I didn’t want to tell them I just wanted to quit. Trying to be morally correct, I told them. These cunning mofos didn’t even pay me!!!!
Fu-k Centen. I would never recommend a person to work for them. They are terrible to their employees, they don’t care about your home life unless you’re someone who kisses a-s, IM NOT! They have made crazy metrics that nobody is able to meet. Therefore, there is not a bonus there is no merit increase. They changed our healthcare to plans that are trash and you will go broke trying to pay for them. They want you on the phone with a provider discussing 9 CLAIMS in less than 10 min!!! I’m over all of that never wanted to go back to the office never had any intention. They are terrible people and the supervisors managers, whatever the fu-k they wanna be, are all ASSWIPES!!! I hate them. If I could destroy all of this equipememt and not have to pay for it…I WOULD! I need them to feel me. Have a wonderful and prosperous day. I hope you all find jobs to get away from this company. I hope they tank. Belly up bi----s
Look for another job ASAP. This company has already told management they are going to implement impossible metrics so that they can bring everyone back in and if you don’t you’ll be terminated.
