Your job with Norfolk Southern is no longer safe. Norfolk Southern has commenced using sub contractors for a variety of jobs all over their system. The Vax mandate is one more tool in the box they are going to use to eliminate people. Let me be clear. If you are not vaxed, you will be fired. Period. There will be no exceptions. None. Secondly at Juniata, anyone leaving, that job will go away. Meaning those who refuse the vax, once they are walked off the property, that job will be gone forever. Norfolk Southern is also going to start using salaried non agreement personell to fill any open slot they feel needs addressed. It is sad day for those who poured their entire life into this trash, but it is over. The end is very near.

This entire statement is false. Hey id--t, there is no way in he-l they will use management employees to fill work. Those clowns don’t leave there office and when you go to them for answers they know nothing about what your working on hahahah. So yea lets let the ones who put in your payroll try and work these well oiled jobs. Union employees are the best. Yes there are jobs that guys lay down on and yes some guys have busier days than some. This is about keeping the work and pride in it. All the years have gone by and yet this company has made a lot of money breaking records. That tells me that with every load and every worker that we can still make this d-mb a-s company money !!! Scabs will never be able to do that !!! Period !
