What are the “new pay changes” mentioned in the Facebook group? Posts are being declined about it.

Honestly do you need more than a part-timer to be a keyholder? You can train an underaged monkey to do it.
I don't know why people still go to the Facebook Booksellers page. It's not like you can discuss anything important and if you point out anything negative, they delete your comment and/or ban you. This place is great because no one knows who you are and you can tell the real truth- albeit name names or places.
As far as pay, B&N still is the worst. Now they have part timers being key holders which I think is hilarious. I think they're only getting through the holidays and this company will be done.
If I were you I'd find a better job now because you won't get anything in January!
