Trust me you will have to get the vaccine or leave. You should leave anyway because there are plenty of job opportunities out there.

OSHA has to respond today, and the petitioners Tuesday.

And SCOTUS did not "dismiss" the Maine mandate challenge they just did not feel the emergency docket was the proper place for the case. They wanted to hear some briefs before making any rulings... 8^)

Here is the 5th circuit language

"Before the court is the petitioners’ emergency motion to stay
enforcement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s
November 5, 2021 Emergency Temporary Standard (the “Mandate”)
pending expedited judicial review.

Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory
and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED
pending further action by this court"

@OP Read the opinion of the 5th Circuit. That’s not what they said.

FYI: SCOTUS has dismissed every challenge to vaccine mandates that’s come before them. The 5th Circuit knows that, which is why the stay they issued is as narrow as it is. Stick with railroading; the law obviously isn’t your thing.

While this stay is in reference to the OSHA mandate, you can rest assured that any rulings favorable or otherwise will spill over into the EO mandates as precedent is set.

Government should not be using taxpayer dollars to finance unconstitutional mandates and requiring businesses to mandate vaccine in exchange for doing business with them. Then threaten people's livelihood if they don't want some experimental vaccine to be injected into their bodies. By the way, vaccine doesn't work but the side effects are very real with unknown long term effects.

They entered a “temporary stay” and it’s for private companies with over 100 employees. UP is a publicly traded company..
