What an amazing HR Department at RJ

I keep watching the RJ Career site and see that for the past couple months there have been well over 500 open positions on the site. There is an option to see the past 7/14/21/28 days and it appears that they are adding on average 70 postings a week. It also appears to mean they are hiring nearly that many each week. Doesn't anyone at RJ HR care that people are leaving as fast as they are hiring? Does Paul see this information? He should be worried about the intellectual loss. What a sad reflection on a company that for so many years (until about 5 years ago) was a premier workplace in Tampa Bay. Wonder if they will even make the top 100 the next time a survey is done.

I sure do enjoy watching the RJ career site consistently show well over 500 open positions. As fast as someone is hired another person leaves. If Paul were a true humanitarian he would direct HR to contact every person let go last September and offer to bring them back should they desire.

Of course HR cares, but what can they do about it? HR is a cost center....they are underpaid, understaffed, and not valued just like all the other cost centers at RJ. The Financial Advisors and other revenue generators do whatever they want and are taken care of. The rest of the peons clean up the mess and get a spanking if they don't fall in line, and quickly.

It is amazing that HR is able to keep up. I know several agencies that will not deal with RJ due to turnover.

People should understand that Paul doesn't care about this house of cards as long as it is still standing and he gets his options.
