Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Now or never

I would not want to persuade anyone, everyone knows what is best for him or her, but I managed to get a new job for a significantly higher pay. Wage growth is obviously very rapid due to inflation, and that’s why I think this is a great moment to leave Allstate. I hope that if there are people here who have fallen into depression, that they will not miss this momentum?

I, too, have decided to leave. I do not start my new position until the new year but I’m am so relieved knowing there is like at the end of the tunnel with a 10% pay increase!

You know how I made my decision to leave? I looked at this active board and compared it to the other insurance company. That made it an easy choice to take less money.
