There's a lot of places right now that are paying abnormally high wages to get people in. So leaving the railroad for a different job, really isn't all that bad anymore. I hate to say this, but a railroad wage isn't as high as some think it is. A railroad career in general, isn't as attractive as it used to be either. It seems to be true. A lot of people who have recently left here have told me that they could not get such good offers before as they do now.
