Many managers encouraged employees to come dressed in Halloween costumes. This was their lame attempt to lift morale.
I haven’t seen a more tone deaf and pathetic bunch of loser managers. After years of abusing, pipping off and laying off employees, it’s going to take more than a costume to fix the morale.

Is the robot dog still there? Seems like that calmed the cattle for a bit before the next culling.
I was Andy Warhol wearing a huge cod-piece.
And it was a hit with the managers.
That’s pretty pathetic although I’m sure the brown nose crew will join in so that pictures can be posted on yammer etc . Just pathetic….
@lgk+1dELCURk you sound like you would be fun at parties! Not really...
God forbid people have fun at work.
Fu-k off now. Thanks.
They are the type of clowns Exxon keeps around to pretend everything is awesome.
I’m not saying that costumes is enough. But is there really any one gesture that’ll cure everything? The point of this wasn’t “here’s our one act of apology please go back to work forever happy now”. It’s hey here’s one of many attempts to start to repair the relationship.
If a boyfriend/girlfriend cheated, what are you expecting for them to show up with a ring or just give you a pile of cash and get back together? No, it just takes time and a series of small events proving you made a mistake and actually care.
Looks like the group had fun. Why so fixated on hate? Nobody forced those people to wear a costume.
