I'm miserable here and I've been trying so hard to find something that would allow me to leave, but every offer I've received in the past six months has been ridiculously low. I'm talking 40 to 50 percent under what I'm making now. I could afford to take a position that pays 20 to 25 percent less than I make now, but even that seems to be impossible to find. I wish I knew where all the people who are quitting are going.

OP = Allstate HR trying to scare people out of looking for new work. Every job I've interviewed for lately have been 50% or higher pay for the same or better work/hours... The labor market and runaway inflation is driving salaries up.
