Since they aren't a real company- just a patchwork of vendors. It teaches you a valuable lesson that you shouldn't try to find fulfillment from a job or company no matter how well run or not the company is. You should find it outside.

Same thing is going on in the other aspects of the healthcare industry. Nurses are making more money in travel positions than they were working for any particular facility. Individuals now make more money "traveling" from job to job than they would staying in their current positions.
It took me decades into my career to figure this out.
