They will hire your referrals as ICE so they don't have to pay you the bonus.
They don't always follow through with this payout. A friend recruited me to Intel but never got this pay
why they can't give to existing people so they can perform better ...
Wow that's better than the 8k they offered for referring BIPOC women. And the 1k they offered for referring qualified technical non-BIPOC males.
