How can you tell if Belk Store Managers/Belk CEO are lying? If their lips are moving, chances are they are lying! Please turn off the lights at Belk stores when you are the last associate to leave!
Folks, When I worked as an Operations Manager for Toys R Us, corporate executives would come in the store and blow smoke up the managers bu-t and tell them they were doing wonderful, come to find out out they were delinquent on rent and other payments and the store was abruptly closed. I worked at Toys R Us for five years and Belk is headed in that direction, trust and believe!
It’s more like checking in with the managers and morale than deciding if the store should close. Thinking along the lines of terminations..
They do come to locations to determine which stores will stay open or close. You obviously don't have the 411 on the procedures of corporate Shittybangbang

They don’t need to visit stores to determine if and when it will close d-mba$$. It’s always about stores sales, lease, and location.
