Thread regarding CenturyLink layoffs

Why wait for them to fire you?

There are many who advise that no one leaves because of the vaccine mandate until the very last day. I do not understand why give such advice? Why would anyone want to wait to get fired? Anyone who leaves because of the mandate won't get severance anyway.

Here is the lawsuit that got deleted. Basically the threat of punishment while this plays out was denied for these members in the military that are fighting for there rights.. That did not take years. I don't see this dragging out for years.

You do realize you and your mandates are the very definition of authoritarian fascists, right?

Let's go Storey!

Yeah file lawsuits that sounds like fun. Sit around possibly for years as lawsuits go through the courts and multiple appeals on both sides. Lawyers making $$$, it’s what makes America Great Again.

Wait for all the lawsuits thar are coming out. I tried to show it last Friday but it was deleted for some reason, I guess I affended someone. A judge in DC ruled it unlawful to send military home with no pay. I would get more specific as to what Branch and who sued Biden but they will just deleted it. It's a trick my friends. They want you to quit because they know this will dissipate eventually. Just ride it and stand your ground. Don't be sheep. Will this be deleted two Admin???

Asserting a religious objection makes it easier to sue for unlawful dismissal and you can't collect unemployment if you quit.

Because when the lawsuits are settled if you are fired you will be brought back and paid for the time you were off for wrongful termination. IF you decide to come back.

You can’t sue for discrimination if you leave on your own accord.
