Does anyone know anything about the new membership manger position? Is it worth the stress and is it a reality to get so many memberships that u can make huge bonuses? Just curious if anyone has heard anything about it or doing the job now. If you are doing the job how is it going and do u like it? Thanks in advance.

U can be really successful in that position. But u definitely have to be a good sales person. Also good teacher. Part of that position is training new associates or associates that are not performing . It is a saleried position and the amount that a person could make is unbelievable. !! IF they r the right person for that position. Must be goal oriented and focus on the bigger picture. Definitely not for everyone.
Ours lasted about 5 weeks and I havent heard of any plan to replace her. I was told the position pays less than a team lead unless you get the quota that isnt easy to do.
The goal will be tough to achieve and the hours and pay aren't worth the headache!
Well we have one in our club I don’t know, if the position is manager but is a salary position! You supposed to work from 8- am to 6:30pm the one in our club gets in there whenever she wants doesn’t do any drives wants to run the front end and only care about credits. It has offer associates get fired if they don’t get any credits…. She walks around all day and works only when our GM or regional manager is in the store!
