Does anyone know if you quit anthem in the middle of the year whether or not you get a prorated raise...or do you just lose it completely?

Lots of ppl leave the day after bonus pay out occurs. Get that money and bounce!
If you quit, you lose severance & AIP. Severance only if you are rif’d, AIP you must be employed on Dec 31 to qualify for payout.
You need to be employed at the time of AIP payout to receive it.
Sad part, if mgmt is more interested in keeping certain people, despite an excellent job you will receive an average review and $ will be diverted from your bonus over into a higher bonus for someone else.
How does this happen? Lower score on demonstration of corporate values.
If you quit how would you get a raise?
I don't like taxes but I guess living in CA would protect you from most of Anthem's BS.
Second the first response. It used to be that if you were employed until the last day of the year, you’d get a bonus for that year (makes sense - you worked for it and contributed to the success from which the bonus is paid). A few years ago they changed it to the payout date instead.
Why would you get a raise if you are no longer there? As for bonus, you must be employed on the date of payout so no prorated bonus if you quit.
