are you joking right? Alder lake set to 240W and how could i cool this heater? I'm buying a CPU that can run up to 120 W Max, not 240W. Intel are you playing game with us????? are you guys?
no worries. Intel marketing will come up with new definition and names for both performance and watts in a way that favors Alder Lake. It won't draw 240 watts, only "Intel 50." In terms of TDP alder lake will only use "Intel 2*"
*tested with a single ecore in JTAG mode with one test clock pulse.
Please post the perf/W difference with Apple chips and then you will know. And please don’t mention next that oh Apple is on 5 nm and hide under the blanket and/or post cringe worthy ads ;)
