IBM is a joke company to the rest of the IT world. Old, outdates, and ran by people not qualified to be employed by anyone else.

More correctly IBM is a finance company that tries to sell some poor technology
IBM isn't a cloud computing company. It's a mainframe company that also dabbles in other technology, such as anything that was popular in the 1990s. Tomorrow, IBM plans to announce a $1 Billion investment in whatever is exciting and shiny this week.
