Burger King too pays better than Hitachi Vantara.
It was a great company to work for when it was HDS in the early years. Now it’s a complete sh!t show as Hitachi Vantara. Don’t walk away from this company, run as fast as you can. Aragont and incompetent people are running this company into the ground. No respect for thier employees. No vision for growth. This company is poised to implode onto itself.
Agreed with the comment below. Don’t expect a better situation if you are going to a place that mass-hired Hitachi employees (usually by mgmt that head hunted once they moved)
Can confirm it’s better elsewhere! If strive for the same you will get the same. If you are goin to a company where other HV employees flocked to in bulk as friends, expect the same

People complaining of toxic companies will soon find it’s ain’t better elsewhere. Great resignation didn’t just happen because everyone is happy where they are.
It was ‘the’ most horrible company I was employed at. Toxic culture, horrendous management, poor software, cultural infighting, absolute arrogance…. Not a single past or current employee will say a kind word, unless they’re forced to.
Could not agree more. Worst place I work in over thirty year. Stay away.
Even McDonald's is better than this.
