There has been a max exodus of talent lately. Its been every function and business. When you see this many people jumping ship especially the senior people they know this place is sinking.

I find this really hard to believe, if you had just said mass exodus fair enough, but to include the word talent is a step to far.

The problem is the ones leaving are the ones you don’t want leaving.
Leaving is one thing, as long as they fill a void. If they see that as a cost saving opportunity then it only sucks for those that remain and the service to our customers.

Some good, mostly bad have left. Point is their leaving.
Sometimes people insert the "n-word" randomly into things as a way to show that the post is real and not something edited by a moderator... but it could also be something else

Nobody wants to be here but scamonelli and his team only care about willing the stock higher. They don’t understand the company is more profitable with happy workers. Fix the culture that’ll fix the company which will fix the stock.
I still think place will be saved at bod
The ones able to get another job are leaving and we’re left with the trash nobody wants.
Most of the executives may be worthless rats but the rats know when to abandon ship. Says a lot about the leadership
