We keep losing good people

A few months ago we lost a very helpful manager who had no problem sharing knowledge and experience with the team. He left for greener pastures and his replacement is mediocre at best. He doesn’t do anything other than “busy work”. We aren’t as cohesive as we once were and it is showing in our productivity. This is happening all over the company. If this is our future, we're screwed.

The same happened with my previous Director. He was let go back in August despite being the top Director the organization had. We are now left with very little staff, clueless people to manage inventory and the nastiest Staff VP named Cheryl. He-l a manager who fell under her left within a few weeks of finding out she had to report to Cheryl. This company gets rid of the wrong people and promotes heartless humans

I’m one of those good workers that go above and beyond to get my work done and help others! Once Staywell merge with Sunshine Health there’s an immediate shift in production and moral! They demand much more work than any other LTC company.

They'd better do something to retain the good admins and replace the bad admins because its become glaringly obvious who is actually working vs. not.

Lot of good people left from wellcare too. People who worked for 10 years and highly talented folks left because Centene culture sucks. Lot of favoritism and no ethics and most of the leaders does not fit to their roles.
