I thought I would stay here for a while longer, that was the plan,,,, but I suddenly changed my mind. I've been doing someone else's job for months and last week it all culminated when I was told I should try even harder. Really? I will be relieved when I give notice. Purely out of curiosity, I wonder what was your breaking point for leaving here?

Have coworkers in other offices clearly not focused on doing their job. No afterhours work was done by the B shift. Open orders/ tickets the next day while they did nothing for hours every night. I was asked to try and come in early to help "catch up" on our queue. I unloaded on my managers showing how worthless all of my coworkers are. They didn't seem to care so neither did I. I came in late and left early didn't respond to calls or emails. A few weeks later I gave a 3 day notice and was told "I cannot return" without the proper notice. I didn't care at that point and neither did anyone else.
It's a cultural cancer from the top down. You need to quit caring about others and look out for number one!
The favoritism on promotions and lack of wage adjustments, just to keep even with inflation,, for those that are unworthy of said promotions. Company is crashing to the ground
