Has there been any info on more layoffs that has been confirmed by an official source?

No smoke with your fire. They are still looking for further workforce cutting In at least one area- first hand.
@4nry+1d9Ui8Vd - the fact that you are still working for a company that treats you like this. Have you zero self respect or maybe no one else will employ you? Tell me, why are you STILL working for this company? I would have hopped it a long time ago.
@4don+1d9Ui8Vd
well, being discriminated, harassed and mobbed for well over a year by my manager from India, I have finally lost my cool and asked him, whether he treats everybody this way or is this priviledge reserved for white Europeans only and that was it...
@4don+1d9Ui8Vd
As another white European, what were you exactly trying to achieve by referring to yourself in this way? And when did you even do it? I honestly cannot recall a situation when I had to bring up my ethnicity or country of origin since I started working here and I've worked here for years
Believe it or not, I was rated as "underperforming" for the entire year of super hard work for referring to my own self as a "white European". HR dodged my questions, manager of my manager told me I was not supposed to use the word "white". It was the one and only reason given back to me, all my objectives done and completed. Go figure...
Demotivating employees enough to make them quit voluntarily saves them millions in severance payouts.
When each team is run so lean and can only accomplish part of their work each day, it's super difficult to find under performers. The true underperformers were culled years ago. Now, front line managers are forced to code people that they treasure and value as underperformers or they lose their positions. They will soft sell the performance problem to the employee but the manager understands the situation. Once marked low, the employee can never move back to an acceptable performance. Your efforts and success going forward will never be recognized. This company is evil.
Employees that are marked low, need to spend time on a resume and work on interview skills. Actually, I believe everyone should do this. This company is a poor place to spend your working career.
To @1qyn+1d9Ui8Vd : you nailed it! That’s exactly what happened to me! It’s a relief to be confirmed I wasn’t the only one!
- or the new strategy is to lay people off one by one silently in the background, demotivate the rest with toxic work environment and lots of extra work with no extra pay and no recognition, then rate as underperforming and make them leave.
If you are not asking about rumors then the answer is no. No official info on layoffs. Anything official will be public and visible, because it is good for the stock price, so you will not have to ask here.
I'm not asking about rumors, those are always circulating.
