I see nooooo job openings in many states for these positions and I’ve noticed intakes being documented by external ppl ( foreign names) for customer service. Ohio has zero job openings especially for customer service, yet calls are being picked up from foreign countries and people are leaving every day. Does anyone know what’s going on or thoughts? Do you think Centene is going to Vendors to lesson cost and not telling anyone until they are all trained?

This is for sure happening for Medicare and HIM. Medicaid is staying in the US but don’t be confused, it’s still going outside of Centene to call center vendors. The amount of money being spent is mind boggling
I found out yesterday they are outsourcing the call center and they are NOT required to keep it in the US they only have to have a base call center in US. They are not only outsourcing the call center they are in other areas FINANCE .. look up the names and see what time they are in office 10:30 pm .. HELLO ppl !!!! This company is laying off to fill position with offshore ppl..
It is illegal to offshore anything related to Medicaid or Medicare due to the PHI. File a complaint with the state or CMS.
