AT&T extends its vaccination mandate to most unionized workers.

AT&T announced on Wednesday that it was extending its coronavirus vaccination requirement to tens of thousands of employees who are members of the Communications Workers of America union.

Unionized workers who enter work locations and client or customer sites, or who are temporarily working from home, must be fully vaccinated by Feb. 1 unless they qualify for an accommodation, the company said. AT&T did not provide details on the exemptions.

Right? Because being a tough guy is definitely going to protect you from a global virus. I know 2 people, unrelated to each other with different families, who refused to get the vaccine and got COVID. They beat it, and now one person has a slower heartbeat the other is at 70% lung capacity with a left leg blood clot, to be surgically cleared. And they said they still will not get vaccinated even after that. Wonder what will happen when they get COVID again? And before you rush to underlining conditions; they didn't have any. Didn't even smoke or drink. The goal is to stop the spread of the virus, with ALL tools available. I suggest if you do not want to get vaccinated then head to your local emergency room and hang out with some COVID patients. Get the virus and see how tough you are. Oh, then get it again and again because we know how the annual Flu definitely attacks your lungs, heart and clots up your body and you say COVID is much weaker. Just saying.

I'm surprised you're able to get out of bed every morning, living in that irrational world of fear you've created for yourself. Grow up and act like an adult for once.

This practice is not uncommon for other dangerous health decisions in many other companies. This is common practice and allows the people that make healthy decisions not have to pay for your unhealthy ones. You want me to pay more year after year for my insurance premium so you can have your freedom of choice. Well, we chose not to pay for your choice anymore. Don’t let the door hit you, and thanks for opening a job for someone with better decision making skills. It’s FDA approved fully and mRNA cannot alter dna. Most of the conspiracies about what it could cause are exactly the health defects covid is already proven to cause after exposure… potentially life long health effects. If you survive it, you still may have to live with it. Talk to anyone that’s needed a lung transplant due to viral damage.

CWA rolls over on everything, they will lose employees in 2 ways. Ones that will not get vaccinated and others due to complications from the vaccines.
