Has anyone heard about changes to annual bonus/ICP that will be effective for this upcoming performance review period? Rumors are that things are changing and not for the better? If this was talked about before, just let me know and I'll go review that thread.

From what my manager told me it's going to be no RSUs (stock) below $50K incentive (they will be all cash bonuses) and a preset mix of cash and RSUs above $50K with the mix changing based on how big your total incentive comp is and % bonus targets are being taken away - they're saying there will be more manager discretion.
