Yep. It's involuntary and nothing you can do about it. The union leaders can't fight it and union workers just whine but don't know how to strike. In the end they'll put their tail between their legs and whimper. Union workers are all talk and no action. They don't win at negotiating and don't know how to organize a strike. Sure fun to watch all the screaming and whining about freedom, an striking, and how your feared and respected. Now put on your big girl pa----s and get to work
LOL
I got the VAX in March. I got tired of being at worksites with crews that would not mask up or social distance.
If adults want to not get the Vax and play Russian Roulette with the virus, go for it. No tears will be shed for a non-vax adult who as died from this.
No problem if you're all in for altenating your DNA.

Shouldn't this be called what it is? INVOLUNTARY COERSION!
Umm, the mandate says either get the jab or test weekly. If T claims to be following the mandate, then why don’t they follow it.
Great job AT&T. Things looking better already.
Looks like decision time better have that first shot by january
Biden’s executive order for OSHA to require employers with over 100 employees to mandate vaccines supersedes any bargaining agreement. No one has a choice. AT&T would be fined $17,000 per employee not vaccinated (and if the current $3.5 trillion spending bill is passed it would up that to as much as $700,000 per employee). CWA and AT&T are no longer in the driver seat on this.
The FAQ has a LOT more in it now than few weeks ago. Interesting point about attending recognition or retirement events, if you have medical or religious exception and not vaccinated, you cannot attend because it’s not an essential work function.
Just looked at the new policy and there is no mention that Union workforce is required to get the jab.
Id--tic to mandate it for employment. Especially for employees who can work almost entirely by themselves away from others.
Why is such a long time being given for the requirement? The deadline should have been set for all first shots to be received by 10/1.
Get in line, the vaccination line, or the unemployment line.
I got in March. It’s honestly not that big of a deal and no different than any other shot. Arm was sore for a day but that was it. I don’t know why everyone is so afraid of it
