The DXC cheerleader in my office, you know the type, constantly encouraging the team to complete the survey and reminding you to update your time in the latest time tracking system, well she is telling anyone that listens that WFR is no more and that Mikey 2.0 is building a new company where the threat of WFR is a thing of the past. I suggested to her horror that DXC isn't offering WFR as they now see that encouraging a toxic culture is a quicker way to reduce headcount at no cost as people just leaving to get out of this cess pit of incompetence. She may be right, I hope not as everyday I'm hoping for the WFR email so I can cash in after 30 years
