What happens to the accrued Vacation Days when we resign. Does AIG pay out the accrued Vacation Days or it just elapses?

It’s so lazy to ask questions like this on message board instead of just looking it up yourself. You’re undoubtably an AIG employee, though.
Accrued is paid.
Redistribution
It gets taken away and donated to the most diverse employees in the company. It is called redistribution of benefits.
Every time a person resigns, PZ gets 100 more shares of AIG stock!
