According to the proxy - the stock “settles within 30 days following the third anniversary of the grant” or December 4, 2023. So, yea they probably will sell them depending on the stock price when they get them in a few years - like in January 2024.

Really, you’re wondering what they’re going to do? I’m going to go out on a limb and say they are going to sell some for money. Just a hunch really.
