Ford is a private company, just like the social media companies. The first ammendment applies to government only. Perhaps you should read it.
Ever since Ford started ingesting comments into their “Big Data” engine to identify and map employee “engagement”, the ar-e-kissers continually post fawning posts, and the software detects negative posts, removes them and flags the poster as a problem-child.
Human nature to game the systems management creates to rate employees.
The problem is that it leads to sweeping problems under the rug and group think.
Now the hot topic threads here are archived , no more posting to them.
This place is a close second. Don't disagree with the narrative....
When you look at FCN it is a joke to see all those "KOOL AID" drinkers who think Billy is an ICON! Makes me sick to read that. Farley another one. Jim say what you mean do as you say.. Leave the teleprompter and say it with a passion,. It is so fake. And Billy.. Every time I see him open his mouth he reminds me of a puppets.
Comment sections on the Ford website have always been reviewed for company "correctness". Just try to make even a slightly negative comment about the UAW whether true or not. It will be deleted quickly and you may just get a meeting with your supervisor to discuss your negativity.
This policy has been at Ford years before social media was established.

Technically @gjk+1d2AiRxw is correct, the US 1st Amendment only applies to gov't. Remember the entire purpose of the Constitution was to establish a gov't, how it would work, and what powers it should have. The Bill of Rights was to ensure that the limitation of those powers was relatively clear to all.
However, that doesn't mean someone is a "mo--n" since they would expect Ford who wants to be "the World's Most Trusted Company" to not censure commentary.
