Does anyone what they are going to do with the membership leads? The position has gone away in out store and everyone is ready to see the membership lead gone. She is lazy!!!

Well congrats if you were the membership lead you are referring to that actually worked and brought in numbers before covid, then during covid actually did anything productive and helpful in the club besides hide. Don't get bent out of shape if you did your job, if you did, then the comments were obviously not about you. Some clubs weren't that lucky. Why defend someone you don't know who didn't do any work, if you did?? I fully acknowledge there are probably a ton of people in my position who don't do anything, but I don't get offended because I know that I do. 🤷🏼♀️ If that position was doing what was expected across all clubs, they wouldn't eliminate it. And it's not like they are being offered an entrance door position instead. Smh.
Yes, membership lead is gone. And they weren't lazy. When they were allowed to go out to do membership drives, they were some of the busiest people around. If one of them is lazy now, it's because they've been told they are losing their job. They're dejected, demoralized, and, dealing with depression. So stop being a catty little self-pumped valley girl, and mind your own life.
I misread, you said membership lead. I was thinking member services. Yes the Membership lead position is gone. Ours was offered a different position or severance. We are getting a Salaried Membership Coordinator. Let's hope they do their job.

You must be at a really low volume store. Because we have 6. The position itself isn't going anywhere. Just like our AMs aren't. We just got a 6th one of those as well. So it is not a company wide thing. But, if her position in your club has been ended, then she will be offered another position in the club or offered severance. Just like any other position.
