That at present, there is a company wide RIF from anyone above CSL to....who F knows EVP?
All I know is Allstate is chock full of useful id--ts who are overpaid and do nothing in middle management. My CSL could report the to VP of my dept and I have managerial experience so pile on whatever. But Allstate you want to save money, you monitor this board? (clearly) get ride of 97% of the middle management you will notice NO change in production from your front line customer facing workers, that is the ones who add value to the company. You WILL see a huge savings in positions that have existed for years that are BS nonsense.
But dont listen to me. You ignore your surveys, barometers whatever the you call them the HR term du jour. Keep doing what your doing, you've cut production to the bone and expect to overtake Progressive, Geico and State Farm in market share. Ahahahahaha. BRILLANT.
