Good news folks! I am currently working with a producer on a documentary about the insurance business and how claims are handled in general. The gist is about the bigger companies in the industry and comparing work conditions, company directives and customer experiences from the adjuster view. Really cool and should be very eye opening to customers. Spoiler alert... Allstate is leading the way as the worst carrier at this point! To be fair I have only seen the first four segments...

Remember when Daniel Day Louis did a sitalong with adjusters in preparation for a movie? He was so disgusted with the claim process and stress that he walked out.
A better topic for a documentary is the anti Indian racism in Allstate's workforce...
Might get to meet president sniffy and his sore kneed VP for being brave enough.
Don’t have a total loss customer. What they experience from Allstate PUNE is a disaster. India folks with their dreaded accents should not be outsourced to an American company.
How is the script reading going this week? This is the silliest post or as one poster used to say
Cool story brah
If you need background material from a former 20+ year auto tech regarding how we f-over policy holders on claims let me know. Would love to see the inside info exposed to the public.
Lol, just LOL! A documentary about auto insurance claims handling?? To quote Ned Flanders “sounds spine tingly dingly!!” What’s next OP a documentary about cable company call center reps?!! DMV front desk workers??? Lol, GTFO
Can't think of a more boring topic for a documentary.
You can call it "Adjusted"
Let me guess Tom Hanks is going to play Glen😎😂
Is this training and background material for the India office? Do they want to get the settings of the office, processes, lingo, and the flow or work right?
And only about 4 people will see it. It’s not like must see tv. Even fewer since it’s a documentary about insurance. Enjoy your 15 seconds of fame
I'll believe it when I see it
Sounds great! You should include how many people never get there vehicle, or home repaired and how much shortchanging takes place. Is it truely indemnity? Or organised corporate fraud? Many things need to be brought forward to the fed and state governments. Include systemic processes that are cheating the customers. Take a look at the tech and AI. It's not designed to benefit the customer. Dig into backend data, how analytics are being used to "profile" customers, lawyers, medical professionals, home repair venders and collision repairers. What is truly behind all the recordings? It may just be sinister and questionable in the eyes of justice. Good luck trying to bring awareness to this organised cover-up.
